Sam Slockbower is a french horn player and arts administrator based in the New York Metropolitan area. She currently serves on the development team of Protestra and is an Artistic Operations Assistant at Brevard Music Center. She is a member of the Understaffed collective and is an Apex Ensemble fellow. Sam is currently pursuing a Master of Music at Montclair State University.
